Our Story
Innovation at Outcome-Based Technologies was born from both professional experience and personal understanding.
Founder Don LoGuercio has spent more than 25 years in the orthopedic field, working closely with patients, providers, and technologies designed to improve mobility and recovery. Over the course of his career, he recognized that too many orthopedic solutions were built around standardization rather than the individual patient.
That insight became even more personal through his own orthopedic injuries and recovery experiences. Experiencing firsthand the challenges patients face inspired Don to rethink what orthopedic devices could be—and ultimately led to the development of new products designed to improve fit, function, and patient outcomes.
From that vision, Outcome-Based Technologies was founded with a clear purpose: to create innovative orthopedic solutions that combine clinical insight, advanced technology, and patient-centered design.
